A Brown County grand jury handed a four-count indictment on Jan. 29 against a man accused of inappropriately touching a seven year old child earlier this month.
Gary Leslie York, age 64 of Fivemile, allegedly had sexual contact with the child on a number of occasions between Jan. 1 and Jan. 17, according to the indictment.
York has been indicted on three counts of third-degree felony gross sexual imposition and one count of third-degree felony importuning. He is currently being held in the Butler County Jail awaiting arraignment.
