An Aberdeen man was arrested Sunday afternoon, May 8, after allegedly attempting to lure a 12-year-old child into his truck.
Eugene Abercrombie, age 48, faces one count of first-degree misdemeanor child enticement in the incident.
Abercrombie allegedly attempted to entice the child in Huntington Township near Aberdeen on Sunday, according to detectives.
Abercrombie was arraigned Monday morning in Brown County Municipal Court. A pre-trial hearing has been set for May 26.
Child enticement is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 180 days in jail.

I cant believe this. I have known him my whole life and my babies grew up around him. He never did this around them or to them thank god. I never dreamt he would ever do this. However i guess when they say watch who u trust thats something u should always do

When we were in school the sicko did a duck, he’s always been a sick, sick person who really shouldn’t be around any child not even his own, that’s why his son is a sex offender because it was do be to him. Put the man away or let him be the next jail accident
