A Lake Waynoka woman was arrested Wednesday, Dec 16 on suspicion of stealing jewelry and other collectibles from her parents.
Under police questioning, Amber Powell, age 29, allegedly admitted to stealing and pawning several items of jewelry belonging to her parents. She was quoted as saying she pawned her mother’s jewelry at Facet Pawn in Amelia, Ohio.
