Clell Swinney, age 30 of Livingston, Ky., was charged with first-degree felony aggravated robbery, first-degree felony aggravated burglary, third-degree felony abduction, second-degree felony assault and other charges on Monday, June 6.

Swinney allegedly broke into the victim’s Pike Township home armed with a small black handgun, tied the victim up and stole medication from her purse on July 16, 2015, according to Brown County Municipal Court documents.

The victim received injuries during a physical struggle with Swinney, court records say.
